1.This notification is filed by the undersigned,Executrix of the Estate of
Milton L.Rosenbaum,whose address is 244 Locust Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania 15301.
2.On January 30,1969 an appraisement of the tax due under the "Inheritance and
Estate Tax Act of 1961"was made in the Estate of Milton L.Rosenbaum,Deceased,in Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,a copy of which notice is attached hereto.
3.The undersigned protests the appraisement of the jointly held personal pro-
perty at $468.25 and objects thereto as excessive,and alleges that at best the most at
which the property could be valued at would be the one-half of $468.25,or $234.13,all
of the items listed bearing dates more than two years prior to the death of the decedent.
4.The undersigned hereby notifies the Register that she elects to have the cor-
rectness of the action herein complained of determined at the audit of the Account of
the personal reppesentative of the Estate of Milton L.Rosenbaum,Deceased.
