The Petition of !DELLA YOUNG respectfully represents:
1.That Anna Young died intestate on November 7,1968,
and she WE..S a resident of Roscoe Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
Post Office address B8x 343,Corwin Street,Roscoe,Pennsylvania,at the
time of her death.
2.That the said Anna Young was survived by the following
he~rs,all them being over the age of twenty-one years and sui juris:
a.Idella Young,daughter.
b.Do~othy Young,daughter.
c.Evelyn Young Hor~bake,daughter.
3.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
in the E.st9.te of Anna Young,Deceased,and there is no comtemplation of having
any Letters of Administration granted in the said estate.
4.That the above named decedent left an estate consisting
of the following persona~property:
a.A policy of life iLs~r~nce,Prudential Life
Insurance Jompany,Policy Ko.454 418 671,in tte amount of $289.40.
b.A policy of life insurance,Prudential Life
Insurance oompany,Policy No.490 317 693,in the ~ount of $275.16.
c.A policy of life insurance,Frudential Life
Insurance Company,Policy No.510 918 994,in the aJl.ount of $638.50.
5.That there are no outstanding claims against the
Estate of ~~a Young,Deceased,other than a balance owing on the funeral
expenses,~n the amouLt of $702.95.

the total amount of $1,203.06 as follows:

over the proceeds of the life insurance policies of Anna Young,Deceased,to
Idella Young,your petitioner,and to further direct that your petitioner
make distribution of the proceeds as above recited.
