PETITION TO DEPOSIT FUNDS
IN A SAVINGS INSTITUTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
AND NOW,comes BARRY STAGON,a minor,by his attorney,
JOSEPH P.MOSCHETTA,ESQUIRE,and files the within Petition as
follows:
1.Whereas,Barry Stagon is a minor,age sixteen (16)
years,his date of birth being January 31,1953,residing with
his parents,George Stagon and Frances Stagon,his wife,at
Fredericktown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.Whereas,Barry Stagon was a passenger in an automo-
bile which was irivolved in a one-car accident on June 16,1967,
resulting in personal injuries to the minor plaintiff.
3.Whereas,the operator of the automobile in which
minor plaintiff was a passenger was uninsured.
4.Whereas,minor plaintiff was covered under the
Uninsured Motorists Clause of an insurance policy numbered
3-9328974 with the Maryland Casualty Company.
~.Whereas,an amicable settlement in the amount of
Three Thousand ($3,OOO.OO)Dollars was entered into between the
parties after this uninsured motorists claim was presented to the

American Arbitration Association.
6.Whereas,after deduction of all medical expenses,
costs of investigation and attorney's fees,the minor plaintiff
has the net sum of Two Thousand Twelve and 63/100 ($2,012.63)
Dollars.
WHEREFORE,the minor plaintiff,BARRY STAGON,by his
attorney,JOSEPH P.'MOSCHETTA,ESQUIRE,prays this Honorable Cour~
that the proceeds of the settlement in the amount of Two Thousand
Twelve and 63/100 ($2,012.63)Dollars,be deposited at interest
\
in the First National Bank of Washington,funds not to be with-
drawn,neither principal or interest accruing thereon,until
said minor becomes of age or until further Order of Court.
