The Petition of NANCY J.NIVERTH,Administratrix of the Estate of
Rosie Falgiani,a/k/a Rose Falgiani,deceased,respectfully represents:

Rosie Falgiani,~a/k/a Rose Falgiani,died intestate·on March 11,
1962,and the said Nancy J.Niverth was appointed Administratrix of the
Estate on"April 19,1962.

Rosie Falgiani,a/k/a Rose Falgiani,died seized of certain real
estate situate in the Borough of Millsboro,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being more fully described as follows:
ALL that certain lot or parcel of ground situate,lying
and being in the Borough of Millsboro,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,known and designated in the Plot of said
Borough as No.47 in the General Plan of said Borough of
Millsboro.
CONTAINING sixty (60)feet,in front on Water Street,
and extending back to an alley,one hundred and eighty
(180)feet,more or less.Upon which is erected a frame
dwelling house,eighteen (18)feet by thirty-six (36)feet,
which is two stories high,with a kitchen attached,and a
well of water;Said lot adjoins a lot of Grayson Carter
on the East,and a lot of the heirs of Moses Phillips on
the West.

That the heirs at law of the decedent are as follows:Nancy J.
Niverth,Antoinette Spelick and Nellie DeFrees.

That your petitioner has agreed to sell said premises at private
sale to William C.Engle and Elizabeth B.Engle,his wife,for the sum of
·Three Thousand and no/IOO,($3,OOO.OO)Dollars.

The privat.e sale of the .land and the disposition of the proceeds
thereof is in the best interest of all those interested in the land.The
sale will be without any prejudice to any trust or charity,or without the
violation of any law which may confer an immunity or exemption from sale or
alienation.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to authorize
her as administratrix of the decedent's estate ~sell said real estate situate
in the Borough of Millsboro,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known as Lot No.
