PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMAIL ESTATE..
TO THE HONORABlE,P.VINCENT MARINO,·PRESIDENr JUDGE OF THE SAm COURT:
The petition of Evelyn Tucceri,respectful:lJ'represents:
1.That your petitioner resides at 82 McKean Avenue,Donora,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,which was also the residence of the decedent until
his death.
2.That your petitioner is the wife of Cesidio Tucceri,~ho died
on December 25,196'3,leaving to survive him as his heirs entitled to inherit
his estate,his wife,Evelyn Tucce'ri and the following children all of age:
Robert Tucceri,Ronald Tucceri and Gloria Zeffiro~
3.That the said'decedent and your petitioner were married May 28th,
1934 and lived together until his death December 25,1968.
4.That the total assets possessed by the decedent above named
consist of 6 shares of U.S.Steel Corporation common stock,identified as
follows:Certificate No.n52962 three'shares;Certificate No.X9(17 ,two shares
and Certificate No.T487394,one share,which at the time of death were valued
at $43.00 per share,having a total value of $258.00.
S.That the funeral expenses have been paid and there are no out-
standing obligations against decedent.
6.That your petitioner is the surviving spouse entitled to claim
the Family Exemption and therefore she claims the said 6 shares of U.S.Steel
Corporation common stock,as her allowance.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner,pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiducaries
Act of 1949,8S Amended,prays your Honorable Caurt to award distribution to
her of the decedent's estat~,without notice or appraisement,consisting of
6 shares of U.S.Steel Corporation common stock:Certificate No.X152962,
three shares;Certificate No.X9rJ7,two shares and Certificate No.T487394,
one share,and further prays your Honorable Court to direct U.S.Steel
Corporation to transfer the said certificates to her name or to whom she may
assign.
