FIRST:·I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses I
be paid'and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
SECOND:I direct that all taxes of the kind and nature
commonly known as death taxes,including inheritance,legacy,trans-l
fer,succession and estate taxes,State and Federal,be paid out of i
my gross estate after the deduction of the expense referred to in thJ

THIRD:I give and bequeath my Singer Sewing Machine :to my
granddaughter,KATHLEEN HICKNIAN.
FOURT~:I give and bequeath my Nelco Sewing Machine to my
granddaughter,LYNN SHRIVER.
FIFTH:I give,devise and bequeath,three-seventeenths
(3/17)of my seventeen/twenty-first (17/2l)interest in and to a
certain parcel of real estate containing 5.446 Acres situate in South
Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to each of the
following of my children,.namely;WILLIAM L.HICKlYIAN,BETTY JEAN
SHRIVER,JAMES HICKMAN,PAULETTA MANKEY and ROBERT HICKMAN,their
heirs and assigns,and I give,devise and bequeath one-seventeenth
(1/17)interest of my undivided interest (being a seventeen/twenty-
.first (17/21)'interest)to each of my sons,namely;CHARLES HICKMAN j

am the daughter and one of the heirs of Mabel Hickman;that I
have been informed of all of the proceedings in the settling of
my mother's estate and that I am aware of the fact that several
judgments .had.been entered against me by the'Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania,Department of Public Assistance,which judgments.,
were liens against my interest in certain real estate which was
sold by the Executor of my mother's estate.
I have been informed and understand that these liens were
released by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that the Common
wealth of Pennsylvania filed a claim against my interest in the
estate.I hereby consent to the payment of my share of the
estate to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in satisfaction of
