PETITION RELATING TO ADDITIONAL SECURITY
To the Honorable,P.Vincent Marino,Judge of said Court:
The petition of Geo.O.Frazier,Administrator of the
Estate of Mary Laskodi,also known as Meri Laskodi,respectfully
represents:
1.That the decedent died intestate,a resident of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania on April 21,1969,
leaving to survive her two sons,George M.Laskodi and Joseph J.
Laskodi,both of whom are of age and suri juris.
2.That Letters of Administration on decedent's estate
was granted to your petitioner on Feb:r;uary 18,1969,arid security has
been entered by your petitioner with the Register of Wills in the sum
of $5,000.00 with the Fidelity &Deposit Company of Maryland as
security on the bond.
3.That the only as sets of the e state consisted of a
parcel of land situated in the Borough of Donora,Pennsylvania,being
a part of Lot numbered 25 in Block No.12 of the Union Improvement
Company's Plan of Lots of the Boro of Donora,said part of Lot No.25
in Block No.12,lying between Fifth and Sixth Streets fronting on the
Easterly side of Thompson Avenue,a distance of 22 feet,and running
back therefrom,pre serving an even width for a distance of sixty-two
feet five inches (62 1 511 ),having erected thereon a two story frame
dwelling house
Subject to such exceptions,reservations,relating to oil
and gas,and such privileges and liabilities relating to right of way,
privileges and liabilities relating to sewers,water and gas lines as set

forth in Deed Book,Vol~675~Page 404.
Being the same parcel of land sold and conveyed to
George Laskodi and Meri Laskodi,his wife,by deed of Peter
Budzilka,unmarried,by deed dated December 20,1943,and of
record in The Recorderls Office in Deed Book,Vol.675,Page 404.•
The said George Laskodi,predeceased his wife,Meri Laskodi,who
is also known as Mary Las~odiJ and title thus became vested in the
said Meri Laskodi.
4.That your petitioner has entered into an agreement to
sale said parcel of land to Hanson MorTis and Clara Morris,his wife,
for the sum of $4,500 free and c~ear of all encumbrances,of which
sum $300.00 has been paid,and the balance of $4"200.00 is to be paid
in cash upon execution and delivery of deed.A copy of said agreement is
attached hereto.
5.That the only persons interested in said Estate of
Decedent are two sons,George M.Laskodi,and Joseph J.Laskodi,
both of age and suri juris.Both of said sons have had notice of the
proposed sale~and have consented to said sale as shown by their consent
attached hereto.
6.The said property is assessed for taxation purposes at
$2,415.00"but at the pre sent time is in poor and delapidated condition,
and is in need of repairs to the roof,heating system and plumbing
which would cost in excess of $2,500.00.
Wherefore,your petitioner respectfully prays that he
be authorized to complete the proposed sale,and be authorized to
receive the proceeds of said sale under authority of Section 541 of
the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended without being required to file
additional security.
