(c)The incompetent is presently being main- ained by an emergency grant from the Department of Public Welfare but the grant is subject to the stipulation by the Department of Public Welfare that the decedent's real estate shall be sold as soon as possible at a reasonable price. 5.Your petitioner has made an agreement to sell the said real estate at private sale to Matthew J.Turk,Sr.,(but understands that the said Matthew J.Turk,Sr.intends to assign his rights to his sons,Matthew J.Turk,Jr.and James F.Turk, as joint tenants with right of survivorship).He has entered into a written agreement in this connection,a copy of which is hereto attached,marked Exhibit "B",and made a part hereof. 6.Your petitioner and the realtor engaged by him exposed the said real estate to sale for a period of approximately two months prior to entering into the said agreement of sale.You "t petition~r is satisfied,on the basis of his experience in making . this attempt to sell that the price of $8500.00 is the best price which he will be able to secure for the said property and a greate price than can be obtained at a public sale. 7.Your petitioner believes and therefore alleges that it is in the best interests of the incompetent that the prbposed private sale take place. 8.There is attached herto,marked Exhibit,"C"/. and made a part hereof,an official certificate of the assessed valuation of the'property which it is proposed be sold. 9.There is attached hereto,marked Exhibit liD", and made a part hereof,the aff~davit of two competent persons setting forth that they have inspected the real estate proposed to be sold and that the price to be paid at the proposed private . sale is greater than can be obtained at a public sale.
