sale of real estate with the provision that additional security be posted;

Washington County,Pennsylvania,are held and firmly bound unto the Common-

ANNA MICHALKA,deceased,respectfully represents:

Anna Michalka died intestate on October 30,1967,and the said

Margaret Bonnet was appointed administratrix of the estate on November 27,
1967.

Anna Michalka died seized of certain real property situate in the
Borough of Midway,Washington County,Pennsylvania,bounded and described
as follows:
ALL that certain lot or piece of ground situate
in Midway Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania,bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary
line between lot herein conveyed and lot conveyed to
E.J.Descutner by deed dated September 1,1951,recorded
in Deed Book 875,page 444,said point being on the
Southerly side of a 20.0 foot driveway;thence South 770
54'East a distance of 235.0 feet to a point;thence
South 126 06'West,a distance of 132.0 feet to a point;o .:thence NOTth 77 54'West,a distance of 235.0 feet to\.

thence by the boundary line between lot herein conveyed from lot

That attached hereto'is an affidavit of a competent person to the
effect that the offered price at the proposed private sale is greater than
could be obtained at public sale,being marked Exhibit "A".

The private sale of the land and the disposition of the proceeds
thereof is in the best interest of all those interested in the land.The
sale will be without any prejudice to any trust or charity,or without the
violation of any law which may confer an immunity or exemption from sale
or alienation.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to authorize
her as administratrix of the decedent's estate to sell said real estate
situate in the Borough of Midway,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
