"Third:I give and bequeath to my three daughters,

my large diamond ring,I direct that the diamonds from
this ring be reset in three rings,one for each of my said
daughters.If it is not possible to reset my diamond ring
into three rings,then I direct my executrices hereinafter
named,to sel I this ring and to divide the proceeds among
my said three daughters."
And whereas it is agreed that it is not possible to
reset the aforesaid diamond ring into three rings,and,
Whereas,we,the undersigned,being all of the parties
In interest have agreed that poseession and ownership of the
aforesaid diamond ring shal I be retained by our sister,Katherine
M.Faust.
Now,this Agreement,Witnesseth,that for and In con-
sideration of natural love and affection,I,Dorothy D.Buquet,
and I,Romona H.Golden,do hereby release and forever relinquish
all right,title and interest In and to the aforesaid diamond

bequeathed to me as Item Fifth in the Wi II of my mother,Helen
M.Clutter,dated October 8,1964,at the condition of the
aforesaid rug,and its manner of attachment to the living room
floor make it impracticable to remove the aforesaid living
room rug.
Now,therefore,intending to be legally bound,
do hereby abandon al I of 'my right,title and interest in and to
the aforesaid rug and do hereby release my sisters,Dorothy D.
Buquet and Katherine M.Faust,the co-executrices of the Will
of my mother,Helen M.Clutter,from any and all liability
arising out of the non-receipt of the aforesaid living room rug
by me,it being further agreed and understood that the aforesaid
rug shal I pass with the sale of the real estate located at
541 West Chestnut Street,City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and it being futher understood that no part of
the proceeds of the aforesaid sale of the real estate shall be
attributed to the value of the aforesaid rug whose value is
