FIRST,I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.I request that my funeral bmll be paid from
the proceeds of an insurance policy No.78l0l68 issued to me by the
Prudential Insurance Company and made payable to two of my children.
SECOND.After payment of such funeral expenses and d-ebts I order

PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
AND NOW,this 30th day 0 f __J_u_n_'e _1969,comes JOHN
SOKOL and prays your Honorable Court as follows:
1.He is the Executor of the Will of Charles Sokol,deceased,
and was granted Letters Testamentary by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,on February 14,1969.
2.The said Charles Sokol died on January 16,1969,a reside t
of the community of Millsboro,East Bethlehem Township,W~~hington
County,Pennsylvania.
3.The said Charles Sokol left an estate with gross assets
of $2438.25.An inventory was filed in the estate,showing assets
of $2743.~3,a copy of.which is ,attached hereto,marked Exhibit
"A",and made a part hereof.However,the said inventory erred
in the following particulars:
(a)It included bank accounts held by the decedent and
others as joint tenants with right of survivorship valued,respect ve-
ly,at $77.93 and $477.09.
(b)It valued United States savings bonds at $1188.18,
whereas the correct value of the said bonds is $1183.25.
(c)It did not include the death benefit paid by the

Social Security Administration in the amount of $255.00.
4.The said decedent executed a Will probated by the Register
Qf Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,and recorded in Will
Book 107 at page 273.A true copy is attached hereto,and marked
Exhibit "B",and made a part hereof.
5.The beneficiaries named in the Will referred to above were
living at the date of death of the decedent and are sui juris and
their names and addresses are as follows:

6.There is attached hereto a list of the expenses and

7.There was no spouse surviving the decedent.He lived in
family relationship'with his son,your petitioner,John Sokol,at
the time of his death.Your petitloner was a member of his house-
hold.Your petitioner therefore claims a family exemption,as set
forth in Exhibit ilD".
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
~ecree the distribution of the assets of the estate in accordance
with the relevant Act of Assembly.
