Pleas of Greene County,Pennsylvania,the First National Bank and Trust Company of Waynesburg,Waynesburg,Greene County,Pennsylvania, made application for approval of powers to actin fiduciary capacities, and on November 21,,1927,said Bank was duly approved,as a corpor- ation,to act as trustee,,executor,administrator,'registrar of stockS and bonds,guardian of estates,assignees,receivers,committee of the estates of lunatics or in any other fiduciary capacity in which state banks,trust companies or other corporations which come into competition with national banks are permitted to act under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.A copy of said Petition and Order are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". FOURTH:From November 21,1927,to November 16,1968,the First National Bank"and Trust Company of Waynesburg operated under the Certificate issued by the Comptroller of the Currency,under the Certificate issued by the Federal Reserve Board,and under the Order of the Court cf Common Pleas of Greene County,Pennsylvania,at Waynesburg,Greene County,PenU¥lvania. FIFTH:In accordance with the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Green.e County,Pennsylvania,financial statements as of the last day of each and every year have been duly filed at No.15 December Term 1927. SIXTH:The First National Bank in Washington,washington, pennsylv~~ia,'filed its'Articles'of Association With 'the Comptroller of the Currencl,was duly incorporated under the laws of the United States and was authorized by the Comptroller to conduct the business of banking as provided in Section 5169 of the Revised Statutes of the United States,at Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania, on and after the 27th day of __J_u_n_e ,19~,and a Certificate to said effect was issued on said office.
