PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of PEARL FISHER respectfully rep~esents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of James M.Fisher
who died on November 11,1968,at Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,a resident of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,at the age of fifty-seven (57)years,leaving to
survive him,his widow,Pearl Fisher.
2.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Pearl Fisher,widow,nor does she intend to apply for said
Letters of Administration.
3.That James M.Fisher died seized of an account with
Jessop Employees'Federal Credit Union,Washington,Pennsylvania,
in ~he amount of $1,075.57.
4.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Jessop Employees'Federal Credit Union $1,075.57
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said personal
property be set apart to her as aforesaid.
AND she will ever.pray.
