TO H HONORABLE,TIE PRESID&NT JUOOE OF SAID OJ URI':: The Petition of Pauline J.Kppanic respectfully represents that: 1.(She is the daughter of the late Julia L.Haluch,who resided at 471 Sixth Street,Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,prior to and at the time of her death. 2.The said Julia L.Ha1uch died January 7th,1969,intestate. 3.At the time of her death decedent owned no personaJ,;:.'property,:,other than Checking Account No.295-5273 in the Donora Office of Mellon National ,Bank:and Trust Company having a balance of $532.38. No wages were paid to the Petitioner or any other person under the provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries let of 1949,as amended. 4.The following persons would be entitled to share in distribution of decedent's estate: Thaddeus Haluch.son,329 Center Street,Cambridge Springs,Pa. Pauline J.Kopanic,daughter,R.D.#2,Belle Vernon,Fa. Frank Haluch,son,Eighth and Allen Avenue,Donora,Fa. Frances Cieslak,daughter,Everson,Pa. 5.Attached hereto,marked Exhibit A,is funeral bill of James C. stump Funeral Home in the total sum of $1,756.60.This bill is unpaid. There are nO otller.,'unpaid creditors of decedent. 6.There is no person entitled to make a claim for family exemption as decedent lived alone at the time of her death. -..., WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court order distribu- tion of the above estate to her under the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,P.t.512,as amended,for the purpose of applying the amount so distributed to payment of the costs of this Petition and the funeral expenses. TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The Petition of Pauline J.Kopanic respectfully represents that: 1.She is the daughter of the late Julia L.Haluch,who resided at 471 Sixth Street,Borough of ~onora,Washington County,Pennsylvania, I 2.The said Julia L.Haluch died intestate on January 7th,1969t 3.Your Petitioner settled decedent's estate by Petition under II I I Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,which Petition is filed at the above Number and Term,a photostat of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".As will appear on the exhibit the total assets involved in the Petition amounted to $532.38. 4.Your Petitioner has recently been informed that the decedent is entitled to receive the sum of $611.79 in cash as her distributive share from the Estate of Agatha Musial,Deceased,(mother of decedent), which estate is presently being settled at No.63-69-258 in the above Court. 5.The additional asset described in paragraph 4 above would no cause the total assets to exceed the sum of $2,500.00 which can be dis- posed of by Petition as a small estate,and will not increase the value of the estate to an amount which will render the estate solvent. 6.Decedent's four children listed in the original Petition at the above number advanced in equal shares the sum of $1,283.22 to pay that portion of decedent's funeral bill left unpaid after the distribu- tion authorized by the initial small estate Petition.
