To The Honorable P.V.Marino,President Judge:
(1)That Cecelia Smith died testate on June 4,1964,
a resident of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
(2)That Letters Testamentary were issued to John
Chicora,her son,by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania on June 17,1964.
(3)That an Inventory and Appraisement was filed
with your Honorable Court together with an account,and the
audit of this estate was heard on March 19,1969 at 10:00 o'clock
A.M.
(4)That distribution was made in accordance with
the terms of the decedent's Will by your Honorable Court,and
the sum of $1,163.96 was awarded to the decedent's late hus-
band,John Smith,who survived the decedent,and the sum of
$1,163.96 was awarded to John Chicora.

(5)That your petitioners have been requested by
attorneys in the State of Ohio who represent the Estate of
John Smith to obtain the sum due his estate from the Estate of
Cecelia Smith and repeated requests have been made upon counsel
for the Executor,but no payment in accordance with the Adjudi-
cation and Decree of this Court has~been made.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners pray your Honorable Court
to issue a citation,directed to the said John Chicora,to show
cause why we should not distribute the Estate of Cecelia Smith
as per Adjudication and Decree of your Honorable Court.
