REAL ESTATE (CONTT FROM PAGE 1)
in the John Lycos Plan of Lots,which Plan is recorded in
the Recorder's Office of Washington County,Penns~ania,in
Plan Book 5,Page 178,and which is a subdivision of Lot No.
4 in the Plan of Lots originally laid out by Joseph and Cyrus
Stockdale,which original Plan is recorded in the Recorder's
Office aforesaid,in Plan Book 1,Page 129,said Lot No.11
and Lot No.10 and part Lot No.9 being,more particularly
bounded and described as a unit parcel of ground as follows:
BEGINNING at a point,being the intersection of the
Westerly line of Chestnut Street,formerly known as Elm
Street,and the Northerly line of Bow Street;thence in a
Westerly direction along the'line of Bow'Street,South 66°
aT West,for the distance of 120 feet to a point in the
Easterly line of a 13 feet wide alley;thence by the same

of the decedent and others,plus the date and place of record of instruments effecting the vestiture of
real estate and the date of acquisition of personalty,plus the name,address and relationship,if any,
of co-owners to the decedent.
That Schedule F attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth fully and in detail all debts
and deductions claimed for and on behalf of this decedent's estate,including funeral expenses paid;
family exemption,where applicable;costs of administration of this estate;counsel fees and fudiciary's
commissions paid or to be paid;cost expended for burial trusts,tombstones or gravemarkers,and reli-
gious services,in consequence of the death of the decedent;debts and claims owing and unpaid at time of,.death;taxes accrued chargeable for period prior to decedent's death (except .those.allowed under Section
651 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax A~t);together with a statement of collateral pledged for obliga-
