'PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
To the Honorable P.VINCENT MARINO,President Judge of said Court:
The petition of SARAH HIGGINS respectfully represents:
1.That William J.McCullough died,intestate,on January 19,
1969,a resident of 110 Thompson Avenue,Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.That the said William J.McCullough,at the time of his death,
was seized of the following personal property:
Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,Donora Office,-Simplified
Savings Account No.187-01-7712-01,with a balance of $929.56.
3.That the said William J.McCullough was survived by the
following named persons who would be entitled to share in the distribution
of his intestate estate:
a)Erma Weaver,sister,aged 69 years,
626 Seventh Street,North Charleroi,Pennsylvania;
b)Bert McCullough,brother,aged 75 years,
Walnut Street,Lynwood,Belle Vernon,Pennsylvania.
c)Harry _McCullough,brother,aged 82 years,
Lynwood,Belle Vernon,Pennsylvania.
4.That the decedent resided with your petitioner for some years
and the responsibility for his funeral and the expense of same is her
personal liability.That attached hereto as "Exhibit A"and made a part
hereof is a photostatic copy of the contract for said funeral with the
Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home in the amount of $1271.00.
5.That to the best of your petitioner's knowledge,there are no
other creditors in the estate of William J.McCullough.
6.That your petitioner is not related to the decedent and no
claim for family exemption is being made.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court,under
and by virtue of the authority v~sted in it by Section 202 of the Fiduciaries
,
Act of 1949,as amended,to award to the Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home the
savings account in decedent's name in the Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company,Donora Office.
And she will ever pray,etc.

AND NOW,this ,(7 day of J.?-riuary,1969,upon considera-
tion of the annexed petition and pursuant to the provisions of Section 202
of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,the savings account of
decedent,William J.McCullough,in the Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company,Donora Office,No.187-01-7712-01,with a balance of $929.56,
is awarded to the Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home,Donora,Pennsylvania,,
to be credited by it towards payment of its statement cover~ng funeral
services for said decedent,less the sum of $60.00 to be paid to S.Barry
Anderson,Esquire,for legal fees and costs in connection with this
petition.
Therefore,the said Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,
Donora Office,is hereby directed and authorized to distribute the savings
account of the said William J.McCullough,No.187-01-7712-01,to the
Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home,in the amount of $869.56,and to S.Barry
Anderson,Esquire,in the amount of $60.00.
