PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
To the Honorable P.VINCENT MARINO,President Judge of said Court:
The petition of MARY BALOGH respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of James Balogh,who
died December 31,1968,intestate,a resident of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the said James Balogh was survived by your petitioner,
his wife,with whom he resided at the time of his death,and a son,Joseph
Balogh,and a daughter,Veronica Otrosina,both of whom are sui juris.
3.That no letters of administration have been issued,nor does
your petitioner intend to apply for same.
4.That the said James Balogh died seized of the following
personal property:
United States Steel Corporation,common stock,
Certificates numbeEed T531682,T468683,X163758 and X7321,representing
a total of twelve (12)shares with a value of $45.00 each or a total value of
$540.00.

5.That your petitionercla~mssaid U.S.Steel common stock
of said decedent as her family exemption under Section 211 of the
Fiduciaries Act of ,1949,as amended.
6.That no formal appraisement of said stock is attached hereto
since its actual val'ue is a matter of public record.
7.Your petitioner,therefore,prays that said property be set
apart to her as aforesaid,and your petitioner further prays that your
Honorable Court further direct the proper transfer agents to issue a new
Certificate for same to her or her assigns.

AND NOW,this -4-J-day of January,1969,upon consideration
of the attached petition,the United States Steel Corporation common stock,
represented by Certificates numbered T531682,T468683,X1637r58 and
X7321,for a total of twelve (12)shares,is awarded to petitioner,Mary
Balogh,as part of her family exemption,and the proper transfer agents
of said corporation are hereby authorized to transfer same to the said
Mary Balogh,or any transferee she may designate,upon payment of any
transfer costs.
