KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Whereas, at Washington, in the County aforesaid
on the 5th day of May A. D. 19 65 , before me,
Josephine M. Douglas , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting _
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of
Nick Hulyk
late of Cecil Township in the Counw aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
Harry Hulyk
the Executor m said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Josephine M. Douglas , Register as aforesaid::, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Harry Hulyk
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and "
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at W wshington, within ninetv ..
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

I, NICK HULYK, of Cecil Township, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memo~y, hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me at any time previously made, do

hereby make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form
followins~: ..
FIRST: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named,
to pay and settle all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my decease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate
both real and personal and wheresoever situate at the time o~ my
decease to my son, HARRY HULYK, of R. D. Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
LASTLY: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my son, HARRY HULYK, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 23 -day of October , 1963.
