theoretical amount remaining after the payment of debts, expenses, etc., whereas in
fact the shares of stock comprising the assets of this Estate as appears in the Inventory

It is respectfully suggested to the Court that while the Account doesn't so reflect
it, that the said Accountant be allowed a credit of $1,000~00 with respect to the
determination of the Inheritance Taxes, as the decedent, his mother, was living with
him and was a member of his household at the time of her death, and there was not
enough actual cash in the said Estate for the said sole beneficiary to make claim
thereof, but in fact advanced cash in order to preserve intact the shares of stock
mentioned and appearing in the Inventory on file.
It is, therefore, further respectfully suggested that following the payment of
additional audit costs and the balance due and owing on Inheritance Taxes, that
the said shares of stock appearing in the Inventory be awarded in kind to
Sam•el Walt.

no exceptions are filed thereto within the period provided by law. Audit
will be held beginning Monday, December 8, 1969, and continue, if need be,

In the case of securities of close or family corporations, the values reported are as far as
possible substantiated by financial statements of the corporations, shoWing the .assets _and< liabilities
