GALLO, of 'the Borough of Charleroi, Hashington County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, pub- lish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my es- tate, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath in equal one-third shares to E}1N.A PICCINOTTI, my mother, JOSEPH PICCINOTTI, my brother, and RITA LINDSAY, my sister, to have and to hold the same unto them, their heirs and assigns forever. However, and provided, in case of the death of EMMA PICCINOTTI, prior to my death, I give and bequeath the share to which she vmuld have gotten had she survived me to my beloved j brother, JOSEPH PICCINOITI, and my beloved sister, RITA LINDSAY, to have and to hold unto them, their heirs and assigns forever.
