D. 19 69 : before me, Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the last Will and Testament of Amy D. Osborne late of City of Washington in the County aforesaid, deceased, ./ (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and Frank B. OSBOffi\TE, a resident of 60 East Walnut Street; VJashington, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, hereby revoke all wills and codicils, as well as all instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me, and do hereby make, publish and decl~re this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following: FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my death. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal or mixed~ of whatever nature and where- soever situate, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, to my father, Arthur N. Dimmack, and my brothers, Frank B. Dimmack and Richard B. Dimmack, share and share alike. -THIRD: If, at the time of my death, my father, Arthur N. Dimmack, is not living, then I give, devise and be- queath his share in my property to my brothers, Frank B. Dimmack and Richard B. Dimmack, share and share alike. Further, if at the time of my death, either of my brothers, Frank B . . Dimmack or Richard B. Dimmack, is not living, then I give, de- vise and bequeath his share in my property to his child or children, share and share alike. FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brother, FRANK B.
