\iHEREAS, the said Bet~y Vincent is a minor born on
January 17, 1954; and
WHEREAS the said minor has the sum of approximately
$1,550.00 in a bank account at the Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company (Canonsburg Office) in her name;
And the said money was placed therein on July 16, 1964 by
Perry J. Vincent, her father as a gift under the Pennsylvania
Uniform Gifts to Minors Act; and
WHEREAS, the said minor is a student at Immaculate
Conception High School and is taking the course in foreign
languages available there and as a part of, and in conjunction
with said class, a field trip to Europe is planned by the
Catholic Foreign Language League and the Catholic Heritage Tours.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is Ordered and Decreed as follows:
That the Mellon National Bank and Trust Company is authorized to
draw a check from the account of said minor in the amount of
$450.00 payable to the minor's father and natural guardian, Perry
J. Vincent, to be used for the payment of the transportation and
tuition t\ the proper officials for said educational tour.

I WHEREAS, the said Betsy Vincent, now married and known as
'I Betsy Vincent Frederick, was born on January 17, 1954; and
WHEREAS, the said Betsy Vincent Frederick has the sum of
approximately Fourteen Hundred Sixty-four and 37/100 ($1464.37)
J Dollars in a bank account, Account No. 066-7565, at the Mellon

Petty J. Vincent, her father, as a gift under the Pennsylvania

Uniform Gifts to Minors Act; and
WHEREAS, the said Betsy Vince~t Frederick is entitled to
said money under Act No. 331 of 1973 ~effective February 5, 1973),
Amendment to the Probate Act (Section 5302 changes the definition
to a person over 18 years), as Betsy Vincent Frederick is 19 year
of age.
NCJV, THEREFORE, It is ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
That the Mellon Bank, N.A. (successor to Mellon National Bank and
Trust Company) is authorized to draw a check for the full balance
in said account payable to said Betsy Vincent Frederick.
