Company and the attorney is Stuart E. Murphy. Mr. Murphy?
~MR. MURPHY: Ma.y it please the Court, I have here the Audit ... 0
Petition in the said estate and I would like to mention one or two thin s
to the Court. The Mellon National Bank and Trust Company was
appointed as guardian of the estate of Graham Campbell, an alleged
incompetent, on August 17, 1959, and served in that capacity from
that date on. The balance due and owing in this estate to this---!
should say the balance in the decedent's estate as of this date is in

the sum of $188. 60. And it is s·uggested to the Court that this amourlt
be paid to Mr. T. V. Lee of Burgettstown;. who was the undertaker,
to defray a pcrtion of the funeral expenses which have not been paid
to date. The balance due and owing is in the sum of $665. 30 . All of
the heirs of Graham Campbell, of which we had an address, have
been notified of the filing of the audit of this· estate as of this date.

Court, I just got a note from my secretary that Mrs. Spriggs had
called and said not to file the papers until !,talked to her again becauJse
she has found some---there's more of one stock than we had include~.
~ THE COURT: We can handle that in another manner. It's

all right to file the papers. We can claim an additional---
