I, JOSEPH BRACCO, of\vashington County, Pennsylvania, being
of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make and pub-
lish this my Last Will and Testament, and revoke all Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as convenientiy may be after
my decease.

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real
and personal, to my wife, HELEN BRACCO; provided, however, that
should my s~id wife predecease me, then, I give, devise and be-
queath my entire estate to my children, VINCENT and JOAN, share
and share alike.
THIRD: In the event that my wife and I shall be involved .,
in a common disaster, it shall be presumed that my said wife pre-l
deceased me, unless· it appears unmistakably that she survived I
me. I
FOURTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife the ex-
ecutrix of my estate; provided, however, that should she
