In the case of securities of close or family corporations, the values reported are as far as
possible substantiated by· financial statements of the corporations, showing the assets and liabilities
thereof as of .the· date of death. The schedule also sets forth the interest of decedent at the time of
death· in any co-partnership or business, and in support of the value of such intere.st there is annexed to
said schedule, fin.ancial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement,· (if oral, a statement setting forth the nature of the agreeme~t)
