PETITION OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO HAVE REAL ESTATE CONVEYED TO HIM
IN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY
TO THE HONORABLE, THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of James LeRoy Wylie respectfully represents:
1. That he is the executor of the Estate of Jean s. Mamrack
a/k/a Helen Jean Mamrack a/k/a Helen Jean S. Mamrack a/k/a H.
Jean Mamrack a/k/a Jean Scott Mamrack, deceased, who died testate
on November 3, 1966, letters testamentary having been issued to
your petitioner, December 14, 1966, by the R~gister of Wills of
Washington County, Pennsylvania.
2. Under the provisions of her Last Will and Testament,
the decedent gave, devised and bequeathed all of her estate, real
and personal, to her cousin, James LeRoy Wylie, who is also the
executor of the estate.
3. The only real estate in the estate of the decedent con-
sists of Lot No. 14 in Block No. 9, in the plan of lots laid out
for w. B. Houston by R. V. Johnson, surveyor, said Plan being re-

corded in Plan Book 1, page 173 and situate in the Borough of
Houston, Washington County, Pennsylvania. Said lot of ground is
the same lot conveyed to Jean Scott Mamrack by Roy Wylie and
Edna B. Wylie, his wife, by deed dated September 9, 1955, re-
corded in the Recorderts Office of Washington County, Pennsyl-
vania, in Deed Book 941, page 86.
4. All of the expenses of administration and claims agains~
the estate have been paid and satisfied in full.
5. No other party has any interest in this estate.
6. Wherefore, the petitioner requests the Court, pursuant
to Section 546 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 to authorize and
direct the Clerk of this Court to make, execute and deliver a
proper deed conveying said real estate above described to James
LeRoy Wylie, individually.

LeRoy Wylie conveying all of the real estate described in the
foregoing Petition.
