Thome, a/k/a James Lane Thome, deceased, of North Strahan Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and being of age and sui juris, do hereby agree with respect to the settlement of said estate as follows: (1) The West Wood Mobilehome and contents inventoried as Item No. 7 at a value of $800.00 was and is appurtenant to the far business known as "Thome Farm'', even though titled in the name of ·James L. Thome at the time of his death, and is therefore hereby assigned to James Lane Thome III as of November 13, 1967, as if the same had been bequeathed to the said James Lane Thome III by the Will of the late James L.
