The petition of DELLA L. BODIMER, Administratrix of
the Estate of Lillian M. Smock, deceased, respectfully represents:
l. Lillian M. Smock, late of the Borough of West
Brownsville, Washington County, Pennsylvania, died intestate on
December 15, 1968.
2. The Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania, did on the 2nd day of January, 1969, grant Letters of
Administration upon her estate to your petitioner, Della L. Bodimer.
3. That at the time of her death, the said Lillian M.
Smock was seised in fee of a certain lot of land situate in the Borough of
West Brownsville, Washington County, Pennsylvania, upon which is
erected a two story frame dwelling, which said lot of land is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the
Borough of West Brownsville, Washington County,, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

FRONTING 40 feet on the South side of Main3 or
Railroad Street3 and back therefrom along the West of
school-house Alley3 95 feet to the line of property now
or late of Joseph Weaver. Preserving a uniform width
of 40 feet from Main, or Railroad Street3 to Joseph
Weaver's line. Being a part of Lot No. 76 with a strip
of Lot No. 77 in the general plan of the town of West
Brownsville3 and having erected thereon a two story
frame dwelling house.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to such exceptions3
reservations3 conditions and covenants as appear in the
chain of title.
BEING the same tract of land which was conveyed
by deed of Della Louise Bodimer and Byron E. Bodimer3
her husband3 Sarah Margaret Fox and Ralph L. Fox3 her
husband, and Adda Bernice Gallatin3 widow3 to Lillian
M. Smock, widow3 dated August 1, 196 3 and of record in
Deed Book ll583 page 452.
4. Except for two joint bank accounts in Gallatin
National Bank, Brownsville3 Pennsylvania3 the amount and nature of
the estate of Lillian M. Smock, deceased3 consists solely of the
property above described.
5. Attached hereto and made a part hereof are two
affidavits concerning the fair and reasonable market value of the
property to be sold, the valuation being placed at $ 3, 500. 00.
6. Except for the two bank accounts noted above, the
decedent died possessed of no personal estate.
7. At the time Letters of Administration were issued to
your petitioner, she had filed a corporate surety bond in the sum of
Eight Thousand ($ 8, 000. 00) Dollars with Aetna Insurance Company.
8. The Administratrix has entered into an agreement
for the private sale of said real estate with Frank Al Bock dated
February 28, 1969, for the full consideration of$ 3, 500. 00, which

payment is to be made by the purchaser to the Administratrix upon
approval by the Court of the bond mentioned herein.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable
Court that she be authorized to sell the said real estate as provided for
by Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, that the surety bond
already filed in the amount of Eight Thousand ($ 8, 000. 00) Dollars be
deemed to be sufficient, and that she be excused from providing any
further bond in this connection.
