$799.51, plus interest from August 30, 196 7 and costs, against the above entitle
estate. The defendant, who resided at California, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, died on the 26th day of May, 1968. Written notice of said claim
was given to Morley M. Azorsky, Attorney for the Estate of Andrew Bayer, Jr., at
214 Fifth Street, Cal iforhia, Pennsylvania on January 21, 1969.
