comes NORMAN NELSON, by his attorneys, PATRONO, CEISLER AND
DWARDS, Esquires,· and prays your Honorable Court as follows:
1. He is the surviving husband of ETHEL MAJOR
ELSON,· also known as ETHEL NELSON.
2. The, said ETHEL MAJOR NELSON died on September 6,
1968, a resident of Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylva~i ,
at the addre~s 138 Elm c;rove DJ;ive, Mc.Hurray, ~ennsylvania.
3·. The said ETHEL MAJOR NELSON died possessed only
of 25 shares of the capital stock of the St. Clair Deposit Bank of
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, evidenced by certificate number 4526,
having a fair market value at the time of her death of $1250.00.
4. The. heirs at law of the said ETHEL MAJOR NELSON
are as follows:
Norman Nelson, 138 Elm Grove Drive, McMurray, Pennsylvania
idower, sui juris,
Walter N. Nelson, 138 Elm Grove Drive, McMurray,
ennsylvania, son, born MaJ;ch 31, 1949, presently 19 years
f age.
5. As a consequence of the death of ETHEL
MAJOR NELSON the following expenses survived her or were
ontracted as a result of her death:

6. Your petitioner resided with the deceased at
the time of her death, as a member of the same household which she
occupied, and is entitled to a family exemption of $1,000.00 which
e does hereby claim.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays' your Honorable Court to
ecree the distribution of the assets of the ·estate in accordance
ith the relevant Act of Assembly.

the foregoing Petition having been presented, it is ORDERED that
it be filed and the Court finds (1) that no inheritance tax is

(3) that the assets left by the decedent were less than the amount
to which the Petitioner is entitled by reason of his right to a
family.exemption and his right to reimbursement for expenses paid
on behalf of the estate of the decedent, and (4) that no notice
need be given and no admi~istration raised because the only party
in interest other than the petitioner is the petitioner's son, ~..rho

upported and maintained by the petitioner,
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED and DECREED that the estate
of ETHEL MAJOR NELSON, a/k/a ETHEL NELSON is hereby settled
as a small estate agreeably to the provisions of the relevent )').cts
of Assembly, without notice and without the raising of an
administration on the said estate, and that the sole asset
f the estate, to wit, Certificate Number 4526 for 25 shares

of the capital stock of St. Clair Deposit Bank of Pittsburgh is
hereby awarded to NORMAN NELSON; and all transfer agents,
issuing corporations, or any other person having any responsibility
with respec~ to the said stock are directed and ordered
to transfer· the same to the said NORMAN NELSON upon receipt
of his application for such transfer.
