He is the surviving husband of ETHEL MAJOR ELSON,· also known as ETHEL NELSON. 2. The, said ETHEL MAJOR NELSON died on September 6, 1968, a resident of Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylva~i , at the addre~s 138 Elm c;rove DJ;ive, Mc.Hurray, ~ennsylvania. 3·. The said ETHEL MAJOR NELSON died possessed only of 25 shares of the capital stock of the St. Clair Deposit Bank of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, evidenced by certificate number 4526, having a fair market value at the time of her death of $1250.00. 4. The. heirs at law of the said ETHEL MAJOR NELSON are as follows: Norman Nelson, 138 Elm Grove Drive, McMurray, Pennsylvania idower, sui juris, Walter N. Nelson, 138 Elm Grove Drive, McMurray, ennsylvania, son, born MaJ;ch 31, 1949, presently 19 years f age. 5. As a consequence of the death of ETHEL MAJOR NELSON the following expenses survived her or were ontracted as a result of her death: L. G.
