PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
of 1968
TO THE HONORABLE, P. V. MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of ERMA B. BROWN, respectfully represents:

The decedent, ADA B. AIKEN, died intestate on November 8, 1967.

That no letters of administration have been applied for; your
Petitioner, Erma B. Brown, is the niece of said decedent.

That the only heir at law of the decedent is your petitioner,
Erma B. Brown, and that the only asset in said'estate is a savings account
in the Union National Bank of Pittsburgh in the amount of $320.00 and a check
due from the Department of Public Instruction, -Public School Employees Retire-
ment Board, in the amount of $196.80.

That your petitioner paid the funeral bill in the amount of
$1,178.40, and requests your Honorable Court to the said asset to your
petitioner as restitution and repayment by them for the advance of said
