Day respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner is the sister of Bernice o. Keefe. 2. That the residence of the decedent was Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. 3. That the decedent died May 18, 1966, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. 4. That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of Administration and does not intend to apply for Letters, and no other person has applied for Letters of Administration to the knowledge of your petitioner. 5. That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely of personal property, consisting of $159.00 to be paid by Depart- ment of Health, Education and Welfare, Social Security Administra- tion benefit which accrued to the decedent.prior to her death. That your petitioner is sui juris. 8. That the petitioner paid an amount of $1,068.00 to William G. Neal Funeral Home, 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, Pennsylvania, and the amount of $96.00 to The Washington Cemetery, 498 Park Avenue, Washington, Pennsylvania, for funeral expenses of the decedent. ~. There are no debts or claims, outstanding or due and owing by the decedent. 10. That this petition for settlement is made pursuant to the provisions of Art. II, Sec. 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, P. L. 512, effective dated January 1, 1950, as Bernice 0. Keefe, deceased, domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the County of Washington. WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to enter a Decree of Distribution of check in the amount of $159.00 to be issued by Social Security Administration without further notice or with such notice as your Honorable Court may deem necessary and without grant of letters testamentary. Day, One Hundred Fifty-nine and no/100 ($159.00) Dollars, as partial reimbursement for payment of funera expense as set forth in the petition, without the grant of Letter Testamentary or further notice, and that the Social Security Administration is requested and authorized to distribute to Sara K.
