the Executors in said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, TJ-l:::EREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Dorothy 0. Wilson apd Gordon Ao Wilson, Jr.
committing unto Them the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring Them
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

WILL OF GORDON A. WILSON
I,· Gordon A. Wilson, of the City of Washington,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and declare
this my Last Will and Testament, revoking all wills by me at any time
heretofore made:
... 1. I direct my Executors hereinafter named, to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease and, in their discretion, to pay all tr~nsfer inheritance taxes
and estate taxes as soon as the same may be det~rmined after my death
or to postpone the payment of such taxes on remainder~interests until
remainders come into possession .
. 2. If my wife, Dorothy 0. Wilson, shall survive me,
I give, devise and bequeath all the re~t, residue and remainder of
my estate to my trustee hereinafter named, IN TRUST, for the following
uses and purposes:
(a) So long as my said wife remains my
widow and provides for the support and maintenance of and makes a
home for my ·daughter, Mary Wilson, my ·,trustee shall permit my said
wife to reside in my home at 295 Wilson Avenue, Washingt"on, Pennsylvania,
and shall pay to my said wife the net income from my estate at quarter-
annual intervals or such other intervals that may be convenient for
my trustee and my said wife.
(b) Upon the death of my said wife, or upon
her ceasing to be my widow, or ceasing to provide support,· main-
tenance and a home for my daughter, Mary Wilson, ·r direct my trustee
to ~dd the then unpaid income to principal and distribute the sa~c,
share and share alike, to my six children, Gordon A. Wilson, Jr.,
Alfred Glenn Wilson, Robert P. Wilson, Charles L. Wilson, John E.
Wilson, and Mary E. Wilson.
3. If my said wife shall have predeceased me, theri and
in such case I give, devise and bequeath all the resti residue and
remainder of my estate, share and share alike, unto my six children

of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond in any
jurisdiction ·which they shall act and I nominate, constitute and
~ppoint tho said Gordon A. Wilson, Jr., to be· trustee of the trusts
created by this ~Y Last Will, but if for any reason the said Gordon A.

diversification, risk or productivity, and to invest in all forms of
property, without r~striction ~o investments authorized for Pennsylvania
fiduciaries, as they deem proper.
(b) To sell at public or private sale, to
exchange or lease, for any period of time, any real or personal
property, and to give options for sale, exchanges or leases, for such
prices and upon such terms or conditions as t~ey deem proper.
(c) To borrow money from anY person or ins-
titution and to mortgage or pledge any or all real or personal pro-
perty as my Executors or trustee in their sole discretion shall choose.
(d) To allocate receipts and expenses to
principal or income or partly to each as my trustee from time to time
thinks proper in its sole discretion.
(e) To distribute to or for the benefit of
my wife, Dorothy 0. Wilson, or daughter, Mary Wilson, or either of
them, such amounts of principal as may, in the sole discretion of my
,trustee,,be necessary to meet emergencies affecting their welfare,
without any duty to set off such distribution against subseq:·0nt dis-
tribution to my wife or said daughter.

Codicil to my Last Will and Testament:
L. If any property (other than tangible personal
property) as to which I am entitled to appoint a guardian shall
pass free of trust to a minor by reason of my death, I appoint
GORDON A. WILSON, JR. guardian of the estate of said minor as
.to such property, authorizing such guardian, in his sole discretion
and without order of Court, to retain such property in kind or
to ~ell the same, giving good title to any real estate, to invest
and reinvest in stocks, bonds or other investments without being
limited to investments which are legal for a minor's funds and
to use both income and principal for the minor's welfare, comfort,
recreation, support and complete education./ If fo1· any reason
the·said Gordon A. Wilson, Jr. is unwilling or unable to aqt as
such guardian, then I nominate, constitute and appoint /
PITT3BURGH NATIONAL BANK to be guardian, with tha same powers
hereinabove granted to the said Gordon A. Wilson, Jr.

WILL OF GOHDON A. WILSON
I, Gordon A. Wilson, of the City of Washington,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and declare
this my Last Will and Testament, revoking all wills by me at any time
heretofore made:
1. I direct my Executors hereinafter named, to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after n~
decease and, in their discretion, to pay all transfer inheritance taxes
and estate taxes as soon as the same may be determined after my deat~
0 or to postpone the payment of sucli taxes on remainder interests until
remainders come into possession.
2. If my wife, Dorothy 0. Wilson, shall survive me,
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate to my trustee hereinafter named, IN TRUST, for the f.ollowing
uses and purposes:
(a) So long as my said wife remains my
widow and provides for the support and maintenance of an~ makes a
home for my daughter, Mary Wilson, ~y trustee shall permit my said
wife to reside in my home at 295 Wilson Avenue, Washington, Pennsylvani
and shall pay to my said wife the net income from my estate at quarter-
annual intervals or such other intervals that may be convenient for
my trustee and my said wife.
(b) Upon the death of my said wife, or upon
her ceasing to be my widow, or ceasing to provide support, main-
tenance and a home for my daughter, Mary Wilson, I direct my trustee
to add the then unpaid income to principal and distribute the same,
share and share alike, to my six children, Gordon A. Wilson, Jr.,
Alfred Glenn Wilson, Robert P. Wilsori, Charles L. Wilson, John E.
Wilson, and Mary E. Wilson.
3. If my said wife shall have predeceased me, then and

remainder of my estate, share and share alike, unto my six children
abovo named.

4. I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
Dorothy 0. Wilson, and my son, Gosdon A. Wilson, Jr., to be executors
of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond in any
jurisdiction which they shall act and I nominate, constitute and
appoint the said Gordon A. Wilson, Jr •' to be trustee of the trusts
created by this my Last Will, but if for any reason the said Gordon A.
Wilson, Jr., is unable or unwilling to act as such trustee, then I
nominate, constitute and appoint Pittsburgh National Bank to be
trustee of the trusts created by this my Last Will.
5. My personal representatives and truste~ shall have
the following powers in addition to those vested in them by law and
by other provisions of my Will, applicable to all property, whether
principal or income, exercisable without court approval, and effective
until actual distribution of all property:
(a) To retain any or all ol the assets of
my estate~ real or personal, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity, and to invest in all forms of
property, without restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvani
fiduciaries, as they deem proper.
(b) To sell at public or private sale, to
exchange or lease, for any period of time, any real or personal
property, and to give options for sale, exchanges or leases, for such
prices and upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper.
(c) To borrow money from any person or ins-
titution and to mortgage or pledge any or all real or personal pro-
perty as my Executors or trustee in their sole discretion shall choose.
(d) To allocate receipts and expenses to ·
principal or income or partly to each as my trustee from time to time
thinks proper in its sole discretion.
(e) To distribute to or for the benefit of
my wife, Dorothy 0. Wilson, or daughter, Mary Wilson, or either of
them, such amounts of principal as may, in the sole discretion of my
trustee, be necessary to meet emergencies affecting their welfare, ~·
without any duty to set off such ~istribution against subsequent dis-
trihution to my wife or said daughter.

thereof as of the· date of death. The schedule also sets forth the interest of decedent at the time of
death in any co-partnership or business, and in support of the value of such interest there is annexed to
said schedule, financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement, (if oral, a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement)
together with a statement setting forth the character of the business, its locati.on, and such other facts
pertaining to the business as may be pertinent to a fair and just appraisal of the decedent's interest
therein must be submitted.· It should also set forth in itemized form, together with the fair market value
thereof, any other property owned or bequeathed by the decedent at the time of death.
The Schedule C attached hereto and made part hereof sets forth a true answer to each inquiry
contained therein and in the case of transfers ofproperty, real or personal, within two years of decedent's
death, in contemplation of decedent's death, or intended to take effect in possession or enjoyment at or
after death, said schedule sets forth the nature and value of such property, to whom transferred, the
relationship of the transferees to the decedent, the proportionate share received by each transferee and
all other facts of a pertinent nature -regarding said transfers. In the case of transfers intended to
take effect in possession or enjoyment at or after death, there is also attached to the schedule a CORY

If any tax due is paid within three (3) calendar months after the decadent's death, a five percent (57.) discount of
the tax paid is allowed.
Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of
death, to the data of payment. Taxes which became delinquent before January 1, 1982 bear interest at the rate of
six (67.) percent par annum calculated at a daily rate of .000164. All taxes which became delinquent on and after
January 1, 1982 will bear interest at a rata which will vary from calendar year to calendar year with that rate

If any tax due is paid within three (3) calendar months after the decedent's death, a five percent (5%) discount
of the tax paid is allowed.
Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one Cll day from the date of
death, to the date of payment. Taxes which became delinquent before January 1, 1982 bear interest at the rate of
six (6%) percent per annum calculated at a daily rate of .000164. All taxes which became delinquent on and after
January 1, 1982 will bear interest at a rate which will vary from calendar year to calendar year with that rate
announced by the PA Department of Revenue. The applicable interest rates for 1982 through 1994 are:
