AND NOW, this//~~y of December, 1968, it appearing
to the Court that the above named minor is a full-time student
at california State College7 and, it further appearing that
the said minor is 18 years of age, having been born on June 8,
19507 and, it further appearing to the Court that there is at
present a savings account, No. 22624 in the First Federal
Savings and Loan A.ssociation of Washington in the name of the
said minor, in which there is deposited the sum of $228.08 plus
accrued dividends, if any. And now, therefore, upon motion
of BLOOM, BLOOM, ROSENBERG &'BLOOM, attorneys for the minor, it
is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Washington be, and is hereby
authorized to pay over moneys in the said account to the minor
so that he may apply the same toward his education. A certified
copy of said order shall be sufficient to allow payment without
further obligation upon First Federal Savings and Loan Associa-
tion of Washington.
