Donora in the county aforesaid, lately died intestate
(as is affirmed), possessed of divers goods and chattels, rights and credits, within the said County,
Russell Marino
by reason whereof the power of granting administration thereof doth belong to me; I therefore, confiding
in your fidelity, do by these presents grant unto you these LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, here-
by committing unto you full power to administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were
of said deceased within this Commonwealth, you having taken and subscribed the oath of office pre-
scribed by law; requiring you to well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits,
which were of said deceased, and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's
office, at Washington, within ninety days, and to render a just and true account of your administration
at the expiration of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of
the laws relating to inheritance taxes.

PETITION FOR PRIVATE SALE OF REAL ESTATE UNDER
SECTION 543.0F THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949, AS AMENDED
To the Honorable, P. VINCENT MARINO, President Judge of said Court:
The petition of PAUL MACIK respectfully represents:
1. That Joseph Vasko died, intestate, on October 28, 1968 at the
Washington County Home and Hospital, VTashington, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, having his last residence in Donora, Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2. That your petitioner, Paul Macik, was duly appointed Administrator
of the estate of Joseph Vasko by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
on November 15, 1968.
3. That at the time of Joseph Vasko's death, he was survived by the
following sons and daughters, all of whom are sui juris: John Vasko,
Andrew Vasko, Mary Wilt, Ann Kosko and Pauline Walters.
4. That at the time of Joseph Vasko's death, he was the owner of Lot
numbered 35 in Block numbered 39 of the Union Improvement Company's
Plan of the Borough of Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
5. That on September 6, 1938 the Charleroi Savings and Trust Company
was appointed Guardian of Joseph Vasko; that said trust company caused its
First and Final Account to be filed at No. 4904 in Equity, records of the
Court of Common Pleas of Vlashington County, Pennsylvania, on January 15,
1951. The First National Bank of Monongahela City, Pennsylvania was
appointed Successor Guardian on March 12, 1951 and the said First National
Bank of Monongahela City is now merged and part of the Western Pennsyl-
vania National Bank of McKeesport, Pennsylvania; that none of the Guardians
in this estate had previo,usly sold any real estate of the said Joseph Vasko.
6. That attached hereto' as "Exhibit A" is -the Certificate of the Assessed
Valuation of the real estate proposed to be sold, together with a copy of the
inventory marked ';Exhibit B".
7. That at,' time of the death of Joseph Vasko, there was due and owing to
the Washington County Home and Hospital, for the care of said decedent,
the sum of $16,249. 79 and that your petitioner, in his business capacity
as a funeral director, has a bill in the amount of $1064. 88 for funeral
services for said decedent. These are the only known debts of the
decedent.
8. That the said Western Pennsylvania National Bank, as Successor
Guardian in the estate of Joseph Vasko, entered into an agreement of
sale with the real estate here involved with one William C. Leftwich, of
265 McKean Avenue, Donora, Pennsylvania. Said agreement was dated
October 24, 1968 and recites the purchase price of Eighteen Hundred
Dollars ($1800.00) and acknowledges a down payment of Five Hundred
. '
Dollars ($500. 00) upon the signing of the agreement. Said agreement is
attached hereto and marked' !'Exhibit C'1 • That your petitioner feels that
the price recited herein is a price greater than can be obtained at public
sale.
9. That your petitioner has caused to be attached hereto and marked as
11 Exhibit D11 the Affidavits of two competent persons stating that, in their
opinion, the price to be paid at the proposed private sale is greater than
can be obtained at public sale.
10. That security has been entered by your petitioner with the Register
of Wills in the sum of$ 3, 000.00.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests your Honorable Court,
pursuant to Section 543 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, as amended, to
grant leave to sell the real estate at private sale as herein described.

equally between Seller and Purchaset•.

DECREE APPROVING PRIVATE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
AND NOW, this 1-,_... day of January, 196 9, it appearing to the
Court that in the course of administration of the estate of above named
decedent, a petition was presented at the above captioned number for
approval of the proposed private sale of real estate of said decedent,
described as Lot numbered 35 in Block pumbered 39 in the Union Improve-
ment Company's Plan of the Borough of Donora, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in the attached petition, to
William C. Leftwich for the sum of $1800. 00; it further appearing, upon
the dat_e and at the time fixed for the Court's final consideration of said
petition, that, in conformity with the Court rules, upon filing of the
required proofs of publication together with affidavits of notice to
interested parties, there being no one present in open Court interested
in same, the sale is hereby confirmed.
The Administrator of the estate of Joseph Vasko is authorized,
upon receipt of the balance of the purchase price, to execute and deliver
to the said William C. Leftwich, his heirs and assigns, a deed in fee
simple for the following described real estate:

Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being known and designated as
Lot numbered 35 in Block numbered 39 in the Union Improvement Compa:~w's
Plan of said Borough an.d being more particularly described as follows:

on the dividing line between Lots numbered 34 and 35 in said block;
thence along said dividing line S. 82° 58' W. a distance of 213. 43 feet
to a point on the Easterly edge of Washington Alley; thence along the
Easterly edge of said Washington Alley N. 14° 34' E. a distance of
43. 02 feet to a point on the line dividing Lots numbered 35 and 36
in said block; thence along said dividing line N. 82° 58' E. a distance
of 197.59 feet to a point on the Westerly edge of Waddell Avenue;
thence along the Westerly edge of Waddell AvenueS. 7° 02' E. a
distance of 40 feet to a point, the place of beginning.
Said sale to have the effect of a judicial sale and the purchase money
shall be accounted for by said Administrator in final settlement of said

Security having been entered by the Administrator with the Register of
