to all the coal of the Freeport Seams or Measures in and underlying all
that certain tract of land situate in Fallowfield Township,Washington
County.Pennsylvania.being more particularly bounded and described
as follows.viz.:
00°42'West 2199.47 feet to a stake;thence by land of Esther M.Sprowls
and John L.Cooper.South 19°25'East 2325.84 feet to an oak;thence
by land of th~heirs of Samuel Redd.South 89°17'East 1352.19 feet to
a stake;thence by land formerly of John Rider and land of Nanetta Shann~n,
North 23°43'East 1346.40 feet to a stake;thence by land of the said

beginning.
