TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:-
The Petition of CHARLES F.HILL respectfully represents:1
1.-That your Petitioner is the Administrator,C.T.A.
of the Estate of Ralph Greenwood,deceased,who died intestate a
resident of West Brownsville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,on
September /5 ,1968,and Letters of Administration,C.T.A.,
were granted to your Petitioner on December 4,1968.
2.-Your Petitioner proposes to sell the real estate
which compromises the entire estate of the decedent.A full
description of the property is as follows:-
ALL that certain lot of ground situatein the Borough of •
West Brownsville,formerly East Pike Run Township,County of
Washington and State of Pennsylvania,being a part of Lot No.22
in the Plan of Lots laid out by the West Side Land Company at
West Brownsville Junction on the West Side of the Monongahela Rive~.
Being that certain lot of ground fronting 53.92 feet on River
Street and extending back along Nelson Street to the Banks of the
Monongahela River,being the Southern end of Lot Number 22 upon
which is erected House No.35.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING thereout and therefrom all the
coal and mining rights as reserved by Deed of the Brownsville
Glas Company to the West Side Land Company.There are to be no
oil or gas wells drilled inthe said land.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Ralph Greenwood and
Jane Greenwood,his wife,by deed of The National Deposit Bank of
Brownsville,Pennsylvania,a Banking Corporation,dated May 27,
1925,and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,in Deed Book 532,page 143.The said Jane Greenwoo

also known as Nancy Jane Greenwood predeceased the decedent,Ralph
Greenwood.He remarried and is survived by NA AI cy Greenwood,
widow,and three daughters named as devisees in the will probated
December,1968,in the Register of Wills Office of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and whereby Charles F.Hill was granted
Letters of Administration,C.T.A.
The decedent did now own any other real estateat the
time of his death.
3.-That there is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A
&B,Affidavits of two responsible persons familiar with the
real estate values of real estate in and around West Brownsville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
4.-Attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked
Exhibit C is a copy of the Inventory filed in said Estate.
5.-That there was a Bond filed on the grant of Letters
of Administration,C.T.A.in the amount of Three Thousand
($3,000.00)Dollars with Rev.Joseph Mrosko and his wife,of
Washington,Pennsylvania,as the Sureties.
6.-That your Petitioner proposes a private sale of
said real estate to Terrence A.Gastner and Susan I.Gastner,his
wife,of West Brownsville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and
they have entered into an Agr~ement to buy said real estate of
the decedent for $1,500.00 and a copy of the Agreement of Sale
is hereto attached and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit D.
