OF ESTATE OF MINOR
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUCGE OF THE SAID COURT:

JR.,and AUDINE PATTERSCN,his wife,by their attorney,SANFORD S.FINDER,ESQ.,
and respectfully represent:

That your petitioners are the father and mother of David Mark
Patterson,a minor.

That the said David Mark Patterson was born on June 12,1961,and
is now seven years of age.

That your petitioners and the said David Mark Patterson reside togethe
at R.D.#2,Avella,Pennsylvania,which place of residence is located in
Cross Creek Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.

That the said David Mark Patterson was injured in an accident on
August 27,1964.

That as a consequence of the said accident,a suit in trespass was
brought by David Mark Patterson,a minor,by David E.Patterson,Jr.,his fathe
and natural guardian;and David E.Patterson,Jr.,and Audine C.Patterson,his
wife,in their own right,in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,at No.279 July Term,1966,A.D.

That the said lawsuit has been settled,with the approval of the
Court of Common Pleas.

That,as a consequence of the said settlement,the said David Mark
Patterson will be entitled to recover approximately Four Thousand Six Hundred
and Fifty Dollars ($4,650.00).

That the said David Mark Patterson requires a guardian to administer
his estate arising from the said action in trespass.

That the said David Mark Patterson has no guardian of his estate at
this time.

That your petitioners suggest as guardian the Pittsburgh National
Bank,a national banking corporation,which has an office at Washington,
Pennsylvania.

That the proposed guardian has no interest adverse to the minor and
is not the fiduciary,officer or employee of the corporate fiduciary of an
estate in which the minor has an interest,nor the surety,officer,or
employee of the corporate surety of such a fiduciary.

That the proceeds of the settlement of the case in trespass mentioned
above are the only property owned by the said David Mark Patterson.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners pray your Honorable Court that the
Pittsburgh National Bank be appointed guardian of the estate of David Mark
Patterson,a minor.

PETITION FOR ALLOWANCE
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The petition of the Pittsburgh National Bank,Guardian of the Estate
of David Mark Patterson,a minor,respectfully represents:

That your Petitkner was duly appointed guardian of the Estate of the
said minor,David Mark Patterson,by decree of your Honorable Court,dated
Nvvaub.er 22..,1968,at the above number and term.

That your Petitioner,as Guardian of the Estate of the said minor,
has the sum of $5,271.54 as investments infue account,$25.09 as principal
cash and $70.51 as income cash.

That the said minor,in the furtherance of his musical education,
desires to purchase a trombone for the sum of $129.00.

That the said minor,David Mark Patterson,is without sufficient
funds to pay for said trombone.

That the said minor resides at R.D.#2,Avella,Pennsylvania.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays for leave and authority to pay for
the purchase of the said trombone.
AND your petitioner will ever pray.

motion of SANFORD S.FINDER,ESQUIRE,Attorney for Petitioner,the prayer of
the said petition is hereby granted and the said guardian is hereby authorized
and directed to pay for the said trombone the sum of $129.00 in the furtherance
of the said minor's musical education;and further,to make payment m Sanford
f5 ~,,-.~S.Finder,Esquire,the sum of ~~~~~~Dollars for his
services in the preparation of this Petition;and further,that the Pittsburgh
National Bank deduct from the item of income or principal cash sufficient
amount to pay for the costs of preparing and filing these proceedings.
