AMENDED,FOR ALLOWANCE OF FAMILY EXEMPrION IN CASH.
To:The Honorable P.V.Marino,President Judge:
1.Your petitioner is MARY M.NEWMAN and she states that she was
the spouse and is the surviving widow of the decedent,and respectfully re-
presents,that
2.The decedent,JAMES D.N~~N,resided at R.D.#1,west
Alexander,Pennsylvania,in Donegal Township,Washington County,at the date
of his death on January 15th,1968.
3.Your petitioner was married to the decedent before a County
Court Judge in Steubenville,Ohio,on .April 12th,1941,and formed a part of
the decedent's household at the time of his death.
4.The decedent died intestate and application has not been made,
nor will be made for the grant of letters of administration in his estate.
The names,relationship and addresses of those interested as next of kin are
as follo\'15:
JAMES D.NNNMAN,JR.,adult son,residing at R.D.#1,
I~st Alexander,Pennsylvania.
PEGGY ANN McADOO,adult daughter,residing at R.D.#l,
west Alexander,Pennsylvania.
JAMES 'til}".NEWMA.N,minor son,residing with his mother,
your petitioner,at R.D.#1,~Bst Alexander,
Pennsylvania.
MARY R.NEWMAN,minor daughter,residing with her
mother,your petitioner,at R.D.il,West
Alexander,Pennsylvania.
5.Your petitioner claims $695.08 in money,now on deposit with
the Jessop EhlploYee s Federal Credit Union in 1-1ashington,Pennsylvania,as the
family exemption,under Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended
6.The two adult children of the decedent and your petitioner,
JAMES D.NEVOON,JR.and PEGGY ANN McADOO have hoined as signers in this
petition for the purpose of giving their consent to the claim herein made by
your petitioner,and notice has been given to JAMES '\.-J.NEWNAN,aged 15,and
MARY R.NEWMAN,aged 14,by your petitioner as their natural guardian,of the
presentation of this petition.
7.Your petitioner further advises your Honorable Court that she
has paid all debts owed by the decedent from funds available to her.
Your petitioner requests that the said sum of $695.08 be set apart
to her immediately,and she will ever pray

Pennsylvania,is set apart and awarded to MARY M.~JMAN,widow and surviving
spouse of James D.Newman,deceased,as her family exemption under Section 211
of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
