The specific error involved pertains to the valuation of an amount re- ceivable at the date of Lulu Eisimingerts death on the sale of real estate situate in the Borough of Bealsville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,sold by the de- cedent to Barrett G.Greenlee shortly before the decedent's death.The property was sold through the decedent's attorney-in-fact on June 30,1967 for a consider- ation of $4,000.00.At the time of the sale the purchaser paid $400.00 down, leaving a balance due and owing to the decedent of $3,600.00.However,before this amount was paid to the deceased and prior to the time that the deed to the purchaser was recorded L~u Eisiminger died.
