REAL ESTATE:All that certain lot of ground situate in the Third Ward
of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,fronting thirty
feet on the south side of East Walnut Street and extending back therefrom
of even width a distance of one hundred twenty feet.Bounded on the North
by Walnut Street;on the East by lot now or formerly of William Wasler,
on the South by lot formerly of Alexander Crockett,Sr.and on the West
by lot of Alfred Crockett.
There is erected upon the above described lot a one-story frame
dwelling house known as 140 East Walnut Street,Washington,Pennsylvania.

5,1968,and the said Eva L.King was appointed administrator

A proper investigation has disclosed:That the Personal Representative and Sole Heir,
Frank King.passed away on Feb.5,1968.Rcc 121 Enforcement Letter was
personally served on Eva L.King,widow and administratrix of Frank King Estate
on April 6,1973 at 4:00 P.M.By Dominic R.DeMaria and Andrew J.Merva at her
residence,140 E.Walnut S~"Washington,Pa.,formerly residence of Anna B.
Crockett,sutiiect decedent.A complete investigation of the financial status of
the Widow,Eva L.King,disclosed she received her deceased Husband's Veterans
Pension of $84.00 per month and does housework two days a week at $10.00 per day
in order to pay her Bills.She is now age 45 and not old enough to receive her
Social Security Pension.Accordingly a Compromise on the Face Amount of the Tax
was suggested to Mrs.King with a recommendation to the DeE!rtment for a full
Compromise of the Interest and the record be marked "Closed".
