voking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral.expenses and the expenses of my last itl-
ness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECO~ID:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,devis~
and bequeath to my wife,KATHRYN T.STOLLAR,her heirs and assigns forever,con-
.ditioned,however,that in the event of her death in my lifetime,or in the event

of her death within the period of Fifteen (15)days after my death,saiddevise and

vided equally among my nieces and nephews.
I declare it to be my intention that should my wife,KATHRYN T.STOLLfu~,
be living at the expiration of Fifteen (15)days from the date of my death the

simple,free of all conditions.
