PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of MODESTA NUCCETELLI represents:
1.That your Petitioner is the widow of Agostino
Nuccetelli,who died on June 14,1968,a resident of the Borough
of Cokeburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That decedent and petitioner were married at Cappelle
Dei Marsi,Provincia Aquela,Italy,on April 4,1929,and the
petitioner was a member of the decedent's household at the time
of his death.
3.The decedent died,intestate,leaving his only heirs
at law,your petitioner,Modesta Nuccetelli,his widow;one son,
Joseph o.Nuccetelli;and two daughters,Elia N.Sebastiani and
Lena Koval.All of the heirs at law of the decedent are sui juris.
No Letters of Administration have been granted on the decedent's
estate,and no application for Letters of Administration will be
made on the decedent's estate.
4.That the only asset real or personal in the above
estate consists of Six shares of United states Steel Corporation
Common Capital Stock,worth $234.00.

5.All expenses incidental to the burial of the decedent.,~
have been paid by your Petitioner.
6.That your Petitioner claims the aforesaid Six shares
of united states Steel Corporation Common Capital Stock,worth
$234.00,as part of her Family Exemption under Section 211 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that said Six shares of
united States Steel Corporation Common Capital Stock,worth
$234.00 be awarded to her as a part of her Family Exemption and
further prays that the Court issue an order authorizing the
transfer or sale of Six shares of United States Steel Corporation
Common Capital Stock,worth $234.00,to her.
AND she will ever pray.

consideration of the within petition,there is awarded to
Modesta Nuccetelli,under the authority of Section 211 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949,the Six shares of United States Steel
Corporation Common Capital Stock worth $234.00,as a part of her
Family Exemption from the Estate of Agostino Nuccetelli,deceased;
and further,that a copy of this Order shall be adequate
authority for any transfer agent to transfer or to sell said
Six shares of United States Steel Corporation Common Capital
