FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of·the expenses of my illness and funeraL .SECOND:Because of the provisions in a certain Article of Agree- ment entered into December 7,1956 between Naomi W.Hampson,now my wife, and myself,copies of which Agreement are in the possession of my said wife and Attorney Barron P.McCune at Washington,Pennsylvania~and further because of other provisions which have been made for the benefit of my sai.d wife.including but not limited to pension and social security benefits,I make no further references in this Will to Naomi Halstead.my wife.excepting only that it is my express wish that my daughters.who are the owners of the re- sidence in which I presently reside with my wife,Naomi Halstead.in the Borough of California.Washington County,Pennsylvania,should permit the said Naomi Halstead to continue to reside there without rent or obligation for a period of up to one (1)year following my decease,'provided only that Naomi Halstead should make any necessary minor repairs to keep the house in good condition while she occupies.the same. THIRD:I give and bequeath to the Methodist Church of California. Pennsylvania.twenty-five (25)shares of my stock in the American Telephone and Telegraph Company.to be retained by the Trustees of that church and the income therefrom to be used at their discretion for the needs of the church.
