PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
AND NOW,this 13th day of November ,1968,comes MARY M.
TRUSSELL,by her attorneys,PATRONO,CEISLER AND EDWARDS,Esqs.,
and prays your Honorable Court as follows:
1.She is the widow of William Earl Trussell,also known as Earl
Trussell,who resided with him in family relationship as a member 'of his
household on the date of his death.
2.The said William Earl Trussell,also known as Earl Trussell,died
on September 15,1968,a resident of Donegal Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,at the address the Meadows,Box 351,Claysville,Pennsylvania.
3.The said William Earl Trussell,also known as Earl Trussell,died
possessed of the following:

6.At the time of his death the decedent was indebted to some of
the persons named in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof in
the amounts shown in Schedule A and subsequent to his death your petitioner
was obliged to contract on behalf of his estate the other indebtedness set forth
in Schedule A.
7.Your petitioner is entitled to the family exemption provided
by law and does hereby claim the same.
8.Hazel Matthews,one of the heirs of the decedent,has made
a gift of her interest in the estate of William Earl Trussell,also known as
Earl Trussell,as is indicated by the writing attached hereto,marked
Exibit B,and made a part hereof.

9.Inasmuch as the estate is insolvent,as shown hereinabove,no
Pennsylvania transfer inheritance tax is due.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to decree
the distribution of the assets of the estate as a small estate in accordance with
the relevant Act of Assembly.
