NO. .Ii') J +f.c ~OF 1968 PETITION OF ADMINISTRATRIX FOR DECREE FIXING BOND FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE To The Honorable P.Vincent Marino,President Judge of said Court: The Petition of LORETTA ROMANO respectfully represents: 1.That Rosa Grisaffi a/k/a Rose Crisafi,late of Canonsburg,Washington County,pennsylvania,died intestate on November 20,1966. 2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon her estate to Loretta Romano by the Regi~ter of Wills of this court on August 28,1967. 3.That by deed dated May 31,1957 and of record in Deed Book 996,page 463,Washington County Repords,Gabriele Spina et ux.,et al.,conveyed to Rose Cri~afi and John Crisafi, her son,as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common ALL that certain lot of ground situate on the south side of Smith Street in the First Ward of the Borough of canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: ,J.... BEGINNING at an iron pipe on line of Smith Street at the corner of property now o~formerly of William Guthrie and property herein described;thence South 9 degrees 46 minutes East a distance of 115.96 feet to an iron pipe;thence South 86 degrees West a distance of 30.2 feet to an iron pipe;thence'North 3 degrees 32 minutes West a distance of 112.42 feet to an iron pipe on the South side of Smith Street;thence along the South side of Smith Street a distance of 17.9 feet to an iron pipe,the place of BEGINNING,according to survey of K.R.Dever dated April 20,1957.
