The Petition of .ELIZABETH O'BRYON respectfully represents:
1.That,Edna N.Daugherty,late of R.D.#2,Canonsburg,
North Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died
intestate on March 4,1962 .
2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon her
estate to Elizabeth OtBryon by the Register of Wills of this
court on May 19,1967.
3,.At the time of her death the only assets of the
decedent consisted of the following described property:
ALL that certain undivided one-third (1/3)interest
in and to that certain tract of land situate in North
Strabane Township,Washington County,pennsylvania,and
being more particularly bounded and described as .follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the old
concrete road leading .from HillChu~ch toward Pittsburgh,
which point is also common to lands now or formerly of
Marshall Jones and lands now or formerly of Abel M.
Suchet;thence by the center of said concrete road and
by land heretofore quitclaimed by Nettie Neil,et al.,

by virtue of a quitclaim deed from Robert B.Cochran and
Dora N.Cochran,his wife,dated Sept.7,1928 and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Washington
County aforesaid,in Deed Book Vol.558,page 273.
EXCEPTING and RESERVING,however,therefrom and
thereout,and from the operation of this deed of conveyance,
all those certain portions of the above described tract
of land heretofore conveyed by deeds of record in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Washington

described property to Nettie Neill,unmarried,and Mary Neill,
unmarried,for the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100ths
($2,500.00).
5.That this is the best and highest price your
petitioner is able to obtain therefor,and believes that the said
Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)is a fair and full
price for the property.
6.The entire property is assessed in the names of
the Neill sisters as 38~3l acre surface for a total assessment
of $1,150.00.
7.That your petitioner has filed with the Register of
Wills her bond in the sum of $1,000.00 with United States
Fidelity and Guaranty Company,as surety.
8.That pursuant to Section 541 of the Fiduciary Act
of 1949,your petitioner may not accept any portion of the
purchase price until this Court has made an order either excusing
her from entering additional security,or requiring additional
security.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner respectfully requests that an
order be made setting the amount of additional bond,if any,
which she must file before accepting the purchase price in the
