TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MAR INO , PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The petition of Frank Gallo respectfully represents: 1.That Rose M.Clark resided in the Village of Meadowlands,Chartiers Township,Washington County,Pennsyl~nia. 2.That the said Rose M.Clark died October 14,1968, at 5:15 o'clock,a.m.at her residence,being then aged fifty~ seven (57)years. 3.That all of the personal property of the decedent consisted of an undivided one-half interest in a 1965 Comet automobile,which interest is appraised and valued at $250.00; three (3)United States Savings Bonds Series E dated 1968 and baving a maturity value of $25.00 each and furniture and furnishi s in the late residence,which furniture and furnishings are appraised at $538.00.The total value of all of said personal estate is $844.25.No wages were paid to the members of the decedent's family under the Provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 nor is any property claimed as exemption under the provisions of Section 211 of said Act. 4.The names,ages,relationship and places of residence of all persons who would be entitled to share in distribution of the decedent's estate,if decedent died intestate are:Rose Marie Clark,over twenty-one years of age,a daughter, residing at Box 174,Meadowlands,Pennsylvania;William John Clark,over twenty-one years of age,a son,whose residence is 30x 174 Meadowlands,Pennsylvania and Saveria Jean Clark Dichak, over twenty-one years of age,a daughter,residing at 711 Cummins Avenue,Houston,Pennsylvania. ·.......•,', 5.Decedent left a will,a verified copy of wbich is attacbed hereto and made a part bereOf.Tbe named beneficiari s were living at tbe decedent's deatb and are sUi"juris and reside at tbe addresses set fortb in Paragraph 4 bereof.Your petitioner is named executor of said will. 6.There is no known creditors of tbe decedent except Rose Marie Clark wbo advanced tbe cost of tbe funeral bill, to wit,approximately $1200.00,and is entitled to reimbursement tberefore. 7.Tbere is attacbed bereto and made a part bereof an appraisement by two adult persons familiar witb tbe value of tbe assets involved confirming tbe values bereinbefore set fortb. 8.This petition is presented by tbe person named as Executor in the will of the decedent,to wit,Frank Gallo, wbose residence is 193 East Wylie Avenue,Wasbington,Pennsylvania. ~o person is in position to claim tbe family allowance. WHEREFORE your Petitioner prays tbat a Decree be made awarding tbe assets of the estate of tbe said Rose M.Clark to her daughter,Rose Marie Clark,in partial reimbursement of tbe funeral expenses paid by tbe said Rose Marie Clark,provided, however,that the delivery of said assets shall be conditioned upon payment by the said Rose Marie Clark of the costs of filing this petition and order. ......
