Daughter Daughter Daughter Daughter Son Daughter Daughter Son 3.That the said Florence Staup Cooper died on October 8,1968,intestate and leaving to survive her the issue named in the foregoing paragraph,all of whom are presently living. 4.Your Petitioner was appointed Administrator by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,under date of May 27,1969. 5.The assets of the Estate of John F.Cooper consist solely and wholly of the real estate more fully described in Exhibit "A"attached hereto and made a part hereof,which are vacant lots and unencumbered.by any buildings. 6.The real estate has been appraised by competent appraisers,the affidavits of value of which are -2- ;':'" attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B".The valuation of such real estate is $400.00. ,.. 7.The parties in interest are all sui juris and are those which are named in Paragraph Two of the petition which states their relationship to the decedent. 8.Some of the parties in interest and heirs have joined in the prayer of this petition and their names are affixed in joinder in the"prayer thereof. 9.The property is assessed for tax purposes as follows: (a)Lot 206 and 208 (b)0.83 acres 60. 25. 10.The debts of the estate exceed the value of the estate and are comprised wholly of administrative costs.
